Item description
This position is responsible for the preparation and execution of all menu items according to recipe standards and procedures to ensure; Adheres to all health regulation in food preparation, storage and service,• Prepares all food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits,• Rotates product according to “first in, first out” to maintain shelf-life.
Diploma or SHS, Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment, Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation guidelines, Ability to read, translate and execute recipes, Must be able to stand for long periods of time, Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts, Excellent people skills.
